Welcome to the Western States Police and Fire Games on-line Entry System. Please read this instructional page carefully before you proceed.
If you have received an e-mail from the CPAF which contained your user-name and password, select 'Logon' to continue. If you did not receive an e-mail with your user-name and password, you will need to create a 'New Athlete' account in order to use this system. Once you have created your account, your e-mail address will be your Login ID.
IMPORTANT: As your e-mail address is your Login ID, please note that each e-mail address must be unique. (For example, persons living in the same household must use different e-mail addresses).
LIABILITY WAIVER: If this is your first visit to the On-line Entry site, you will need to read and agree to the “General Release of Liability & Waiver” and the “Acknowledgement of Rules & Regulations”. You will do this by clicking on the check-boxes after each text section, signifying your agreement. You cannot proceed with On-Line Entry until you have agreed to the statements contained in these legal documents.
PAYING SPORT ENTRY FEES: A valid Visa or MasterCard credit card must be used to pay your sport entry fees.
We ask that you take a moment to review your personal information, and ensure that it is correct before proceeding to the registration process.
After you have completed your On-Line Entry, you will receive an e-mail, confirming your entry within 24 hours. If you believe you have completed On-Line Entry properly and do not receive this e-mail, contact the CPAF office at 4info@cpaf.org or by telephone at 858.571.9919.
